Hi Mrs. Kavanaugh, Although it’s been two years since I had you as a teacher, I’ll always remember how you changed how I looked at education. Your class was very interactive, which I thought couldn’t be possible. You could’ve just lectured every day, but you worked really hard to make history fun for students. Even though it was the seventh period, I always looked forward to going to class, even if history wasn’t my favorite subject. When I go into academia in the future, I hope to teach the way you teach, engaging students, so they enjoy the process of learning just as much, if not more, than the subject itself. I really appreciate you; you’re truly one of the best teachers I’ve ever had in my 13 years of school. Happy Teachers’ Appreciation Week! Wishing you a great rest of the school year!!
