Mrs. Ealy was a teacher like no other. She made everyone feel unembarrassed of their disability. The way she did her job was recognizable to all, but most didn't have her class. She was a teacher for the kids who struggled more than others, who just needed that little boost, and Mrs. Ealy was that person for them. Mrs. Ealy made everyone in her room feel confident. She made workshops that stuck in the minds of all her kids, and to this day, I still use her methods. As a former student of this smart, funny, lovely woman, I feel proud of the accomplishments I have made. I wish I could thank her in person. I am certainly the person I am today because of her.
