Dear Mr. Biaye, Bonjour! I hope you are doing well today and are having a splendid day. I am writing to you because it is Teachers Appreciation week, and I want to show my gratitude towards you because you have been my teachers for my past 3 years at Independence High School. I would like to thank you for your dedication as a teacher and all the work that you have put in. I understand that teaching during long-distance learning is also very difficult, and you have proven to overcome that barrier and have done very well to continue teaching us! One thing that I enjoyed about your class was the Mardi Gras parties we had, and I thought we did them very well, and they were always a joy to be a part of.
